Our Policies

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel within 24 hours after booking to receive a full
refund. Any cancellations after that time period are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, minus booking and
transaction fees.
Late Cancellation / No-show: No refunds will be given for late cancellation or no-show.
Exception: In case of emergencies (eg. natural disasters) partial refunds may be
considered at the motel’s discretion.
